IN a full week of hockey for the girls at Mount House, the senior teams both won against Exeter Cathedral School, the U11s shared the honours in matches against Kelly College, while the U9s won the plate competition at the Blundell's Tournament.
Mount House first VII beat Exeter Cathedral 4-0 with goals from Lucy Massey, and a hat-trick by Lucy Walliker.
The U13s B team won 2-1 with goals from Georgie Morris scored in the first half and Alice Woolcock the winner ust minutes before the end.
The U11s shared the honours in two matches against Kelly, winning the A team clash 5-0 with goals from Jessie Huntington (3) and Martha Jacobs (2). Emma Manton and Sophie West were both outstanding in a good all-round team effort. Kelly College won the B team match by 3-1.
Mount House U9s girls were unbeaten at the Blundell's Hockey tournament and went on to become plate winners.
This was a great team performance with the girls showing super commitment despite the freezing conditions. There were good performances from Betty Stone and Becky Manton while Lauren Barrett was top scorer with three goals.
