EXBOURNE'S Burrow Community Shop and Café celebrated its third anniversary on July 4 by holding an open afternoon with cream teas in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care.

There was a variety of local produce on display showing the wide range available at the Burrow.

Everyone was able to wander around the community facility and enjoy their cream teas in the underground shop or sit outside in the circular courtyard.

A total of £180 was raised in aid of Marie Curie.

The Burrow committee expressed thanks to all those who came and supported this event and to the local suppliers who kindly donated samples of their produce.
