SUFFERERS of breathing difficulties in East Cornwall are being offered a free session on breathing help at Stoke Climsland at the start of next month.

People with breathing problems such as asthma, COPD, emphysema, panic, anxiety, stress or any other breathing problems, will have the opportunity to learn specialised breathing rehabilitation techniques at a one-off session with Buteyko breathing method specialist Simon Paddon.

Advice on how to be less reliant on medication will also be given.

The two hour session will take place at the Old School Community Centre, Stoke Climsland on Tuesday, February 1 at 6.30pm.
