THE recent Plymouth Ellis Junior Badminton Tournament saw junior players from Callington play in the Under 16, Under 18 and Mixed doubles. Henry Sherwood won the U16s boys? singles and Shane Maton the U18 boys? singles. They then teamed up to win the U18 boys? doubles before Shane went on to partner Abi Maunder, from Horrabridge Junior Badminton Club, and win the mixed doubles event.
