ARGYLE needed to win this match to be in with a chance of winning the league.
It wasn't long before Ausden took advantage of the wind and hit a great ball from outside the area to score Argyle's first.
Sidmouth were playing well and were unlucky not to score. Argyle put their heads down and there was some great play in midfield from Luke Alden who went on to score Argyle's second.
Just before half time Argyle were caught out and Sidmouth were awarded a penalty to make it 1-2.
Argyle started the second half positively and Ausden sent a great ball through to Milton who just hit it over the bar. Ausden then went on a superb run, but just hit the post. Tom Fogerty made some good saves at the other end.
Argyle's Alden intercepted the ball in midfield and knocked it to Ausden who took it around the keeper to score his second but soon after Sidmouth scored their second from a throw in and had everything to play for but Argyle held out to win. Argyle player of the match was Craig Dennis.
This week Argyle U15s are away to Exmouth.

Colyton U13s 4
IN Argyle's final league match of the season they took on top of the table Colyton.
Argyle made a slow start to the game and this put them under pressure as Colyton's useful side prevented Argyle from settling on the ball.
Okehampton found themselves looking to play the long ball forward and often wasting possession.
Colyton scored twice in the first half, one from an excellent freekick, which Argyle's keeper Hurley could do nothing to stop.
In the second half Oke made a more determined effort, rediscovering their passing game.
Argyle levelled the score with two quick goals from Forrester and Burns. They continued to attack and were rewarded when Johnny Stanbury put Argyle in front with a first time shot from the edge of the box.
However Okehampton seemed to switch off, thinking they had the match won and Colyton hit back immediately with a goal almost straight from the re-start. The home side tried to drive forward again but Colyton clinched the match with a final goal as Argyle desperately piled players forward.

OKEHAMPTON opened the scoring when the ball was crossed to Daniel Fogerty, who took a shot at goal. Within a few minutes, Okehampton added a second when Ben Bickle made a great cross to Ross Voaden, who shot into the back of the net.
Some good play by both teams followed and Argyle's Jamie Mallet and Ross both had shots that went over the crossbar.
Culm replied with an attack up front but goalkeeper Aaron Dearing made a great save to keep the Argyle 2-0 up.
Okehampton's confidence grew and they played some great football with the whole team passing the ball and dominating the play
Okehampton had a great team effort to set up the final goal, which ended with Ross shooting high in to the back of the net.
Argyle came away with a deserved win, having shown some disciplined and skilful play that made an entertaining game to watch.

Tiverton U12s 1
OKEHAMPTON were the hosts for this top of the table on Sunday in what was a closely fought match.
Argyle started slowly taking a while to settle. Tiverton quickly took advantage and opened the scoring when one of their players made a good run outpacing the home team's defenders and shooting past the keeper.
Both teams put on a good display of football and Argyle pressured the Tiverton goal but were unable to get past their solid defenders.
The rest of the game carried on in the same vein with chances for both teams but excellent performances by both team's defenders ensured no further goals were added.
