THE conclusion of the Westward Cross-country League saw two individual trophies go to members of the Tavistock Athletic Club.
In the senior men's league Steve Groombridge finished in an excellent overall seventh place winning the vet men's 45 trophy.
In the under 15 boys' league Paul Rowe competing in his first season of the Westward League also achieved an impressive result finishing in overall third place giving him the bronze medal. Paul was well supported in the U15 boys' event by Adam Tofield who finished in overall 16th place and Shaun Hewitt finishing in 24th place.
The efforts of the three boys placed the Tavistock Club in overall fourth team place just missing out in the trophy table.
