OKEHAMPTON Argyle travelled to Torquay last Saturday to play Hele in the Premier Cup.

Argyle manager Paul Adams was pleased to see his side battle back from a goal down to win by two goals to one after extra time.

Goals from Ian King and Kevin Gill sealed Argyle's place in round two.

Hele Rovers played well and were on top as the first half drew to a close — it was no surprise when they scored to go one up.

Argyle started to play some good football in the second period and halfway through, following a sustained period of pressure, Ian King scored to make it one goal each and take the match into extra time.

Kevin Gill scored the winning goal for Okehampton Argyle.

Argyle first XI are at home on Saturday to St Martins, kick-off 3pm.
