MARY Tavy held its own country fair at the village's Coronation Hall last Saturday, providing fun and entertainment for all the family.

The event was opened by Tavistock world record holder Adam Holland, the youngest man in the world to have completed 100 marathons.

There was plenty to see and do including displays, stalls, sideshows and lots of refreshments.
