A KEEN motorcyclist was awarded a cup for the furthest travelled, after he rode 280 miles from Okehampton to Cardiff.
Stan Agar, 76, set off on Friday April 3 and made the journey to the South Wales Sunbeam Motor Cycle Club Show, returning on Sunday April 5.
Okehampton born and bred Stan said: 'I have gone further than that in the past. Once I rode to North Wales in a day.'
In June, Stan plans to do the coast to coast ride from Lyme Regis to Western-Super-Mare for the brain injury charity Headway.
'I have taken part in quite a few different rides over the years. I absolutely love it, it's my passion,' he said.
