LEWDOWN got off to a flying start unbeaten in pre-season ? and have got off to a good start by winning the first game of the league campaign

Newmoor took the lead but Lewdown equalised through Rich Metters.

Newmoor went in front again and Mark Gibbs equalised with a good finish from a quick free kick.

In the second half it was all one-way traffic. Lewdown created loads of chances which should have been converted. Lewdown got the break through with Paul Perkins and then Lewdown got the fourth from the penalty spot converted by Andrew Vernon.
