OKEHAMPTON Golf Club on Sunday hosted a mixed greensomes and 94 pairs took part from all over the county.
The conditions were blustery but there were some excellent scores.
1, Mr and Mrs Dance from Wrangaton, last 9, 43 points; 2, S Gilder and K Gawman from Tavistock, last 6, 43 points; 3, Mr and Mrs Keir from Okehampton, 43 points.
On Saturday a four-ball better-ball stableford was played — results: 1, R Prouse and B Fishleigh 48 points; 2, D Owen and L Carey, last 9, 43 points; 3, R Davies and A Mann, 43 points.
This week's competition is the men's medal and Ian Cook qualifier.
